Nala’s New Moon in Leo Message
…Because who better to help us understand Leo energy than a mini jungle cat? 😻
This week’s New Moon in Leo energy presented an interesting mix of soothing, healing energy with the potential for new awareness, opportunities, or ventures to “pop up” out of the blue. The energy may have brought a bit of a plot twist…but at its core…it likely also brought about an opportunity for healing of the heart. Somewhere, a beam of light began to shine through the cracks. Hope was restored, but also, tempered with the reality of something unexpected.
So, what do we do now? Look up, look down, look away?
The answer lies in the archetype of Leo, the kind king and fearless feline...
Years ago, I had a past life regression. If you don’t believe in past lives, then take this as a myth, and hopefully you can still appreciate the messages. This regression set a spotlight on a particular past life I had as a Native American girl with a broken heart who experienced deep betrayal and fled from her tribe. In a series of downloads I received after that session, I came to understand my love of cats on such a deep level. You see, in that life, after I left, I lived alone in the mountains. Well, almost…there was a mountain lion who would come and bring me pieces of meat from her hunts. She had no reason to do so. I was not her cub, nor from her range, or even her species. I have had no recollection of us having a bond in that life prior to my exile. But, for whatever reason, she saw me, and decided to open her heart.
Now, fast forward to this lifetime. My mini Bengal, Nala, has been with me for almost 15 years. We share a deep bond, and I know that she is my mountain lion. She is the friendliest, most loving cat you will ever meet. Unlike most cats, she fearlessly greets even the most standoffish of strangers. She bravely sits, even before barking, lunging dogs, kindly greeting them with the sweetest little, “meow,” a peace offering not always accepted or returned. She does not let that deter her. With each new being, she starts fresh, offering her peace and love and kindness again. She truly wants nothing more than to love everyone, and for everyone to love her (she’s got Venus in Leo, lol).
Her favorite spot is in the sunroom here at Elevate Soul and Science, among the Tarot decks, books, and tropical trees. Here, her DNA is activated, bathed in sunlight and the soothing presence of the yucca tree. In these moments, our sweet little jungle cat remembers who she is. She knows that in this era she is small, but she recalls lifetimes of power and might. And it brings her peace, understanding the wholeness of her essence.
